REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to all jewelry being custom or hand-made pieces, B. Golden The Jeweler does not accept returns or issue any refunds, however we do offer free repairs for 30 days. After the 30 days are up you will be required to pay upfront for all jewelry repairs and you must ship jewelry to B. Golden The Jeweler. If you are out of state please ship your package via FedEx ONLY and email (sales@bgoldenthejeweler.com) with the tracking number.

*Please note: If you decide not to make your custom order the sale is final and your deposit will not be returned. 

 

1. Any Custom work (including resizing, custom order, any dipping of the gold, etc.) will be exempt from all return and exchange policies. This work (item) is designed for a specific individual and therefore can not be accepted under any pre-existing terms.

2. Any payments made towards a custom item are non-refundable.
